Terms & Conditions Alpha 66 – Rights and
Player Responsibilities in Malaysia

Account information can be updated via the profile settings section. Changes to your name or banking details may require additional document verification. Alpha 66 reserves the right to reject changes deemed suspicious.

Alpha 66 accepts deposits via the following legitimate Malaysian payment methods:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Dependent on the selected payment method (please check the limits on the deposit page).
• Processing time: Deposits are processed within 30 seconds for most eWallet methods.
• All deposits must come from legitimate sources and be made in the player's own name.
• Alpha 66 does not accept deposits from credit or debit cards held in a third party's name.
• Alpha 66 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Players may withdraw funds held in their Alpha 66 account balance, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM5,000 for standard accounts, higher for VIP members.
• The withdrawal account must be in the same name as the registered Alpha 66 account.
• Bonus rollover requirements, where applicable, must be fully met before any withdrawal is processed.
• Processing times: eWallets within 3–5 minutes, bank accounts within 30 minutes during office hours.

Alpha 66 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit. The KYC process includes verification of your name, bank account number, and may require supporting documents such as a recent bank statement.

Alpha 66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed by one player using a single account, phone number, email address, and device.

• Live Casino & Table Games: The dealer's decision is final. Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on server log data retained by Alpha 66.
• Slots & Automated Games: Results from our independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) are final. Winnings are credited automatically after each successful round.

• Progressive Jackpot: Jackpot values are displayed in real time. Valid jackpot wins will be verified within 48 working hours before being credited to the player's account.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Alpha 66 support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 3–5 business days, subject to all rollover requirements having been met.

To the extent permitted by law, Alpha 66 is not liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet connectivity issues, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Any financial or personal decisions made by players based on their gaming experience on our platform.
• Content or offers provided by third-party game providers operating through the Alpha 66 platform.

Alpha 66 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
